The fitness industry has become a virtual circus! People that have charged themselves with the task of HELPING OTHERS CHANGE their bodies are more concerned with being popular and making money than they are with making an Impact on society by providing quality service. FMEZ coaching is here to break the wheel that keeps the fitness industry going by simply being REAL, honest and getting our clients the best results possible.

When a client follows our program to the best of their ability, they get the results they came for or better! Cycle after cycle, year after year FMEZ continues to update our resume with new transformations because this product works. 

 It takes a lot of nerve for a trainer or coach to draw up a 30 day program, then promote like it's going get everyone that completes it the same results, that is not how we do things. The instructions each client receives are always what is best for them, their goal and their body type.

COACHING IS A JOB WE TAKE SERIOUSLY

The main questions we get are "how long are the workouts?' or "what if I can't do the workouts?"

The schedule you receive is based on the information you provided your coach, if adjustments need to be made to give you the best chance to succeed then that is what we are going to provide, The time you spend in the gym is based off your life schedule, DO THE BEST YOU CAN WITH THE TIME YOU HAVE! Monday you might have 60-90 minutes to go hard in the gym, Tuesday comes with a flat tire or somebody called out of work now you only have 30-40 minutes tops to workout......WORK HARD with the time you have, communicate with your coach then move on.

THE GRIND FOR CHANGE IS HARD, LIFE for most people is HARD, but we get through it everyday because we have to.

Once you decide to put yourself on a journey to change yourself physically, you just put you on the list of things that needs to get done daily because you have to, SO GET IT DONE! 

FITNESS turns into FUN when your clothes don't fit the same anymore, playing with your children is no longer a hard task, hiking with your friend becomes a hobby instead of a chore or when you are forced to take the stairs and it doesn't bother you at all......ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GET THERE, WE ARE HERE TO HELP MAKE THAT HAPPEN, GIVE US A SHOT, CONTACT A COACH TODAY!
