The assessment is not to ascertain if you are worthy of training with us, you need to execute the exercises as fast as you can to set a benchmark for GOAL expectations.

We train our clients on a feedback loop that relies heavily on ACCOUNTABILITY. You will be required to check in meal and hydration intake DAILY,  along with scale and full body photos weekly. If you have HEART, DRIVE, a food scale, weight scale and smart phone YOU ARE READY TO GO!

assessment #1

This is for those who consider themselves to be in decent shape or better:

2 ROUNDS:

  • 10 push ups (or knee push ups)

  • 10 sit ups

  • 10 body weight squats

  • 10 burpees

 

REST and HYDRATE for 4 full minutes. 

 

2 ROUNDS:

  • 20 second plank

  • Bear crawl 5 steps forward then reverse bear crawl back

This is for those with ailments and nagging pain.

  • 30 jumping jacks

  • 20 bodyweight squats

FMEZ COACHING

MONTH TO MONTH  Online coaching that includes access to the support group, line of communication with your coach, workout and food monitoring. You will be guided on what and how much to eat along with lifting instructions for 4 weeks at a time until we hit your goals. THIS OPTION IS FOR CLIENTS that need a custom program designed specifically for them and their situation. If you have ailments, working out from home, want to get in shape but feel like your life is too busy etc, give our CUSTOM PROGRAMMING 30 DAYS of FOCUS and watch your body change!

is an 8 week program that you execute on your own. The information provided is THE BEST we have to offer because  we want you to get THE BEST RESULTS in spite of not being coached. The coaching staff prefers our personal touch on your journey, but we   understand some people don't need the accountability factor that comes with coaching, so we created this lane for you.

What equipment do I need for my program?

For the best results, we recommend all clients have either a gym membership, or an advanced home gym setup with light/moderate/heavy dumbbells, a squat rack, and some type of cardio machine. Additional home equipment such as resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc. are also recommended for optimal results.

How do I know if I’m ready for the program?

Change starts in your mind, so if you are here, you are ready!

Is my payment refundable?

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE 

What happens If I’m not satisfied with my results?

As long as you follow the program, submit check ins, and converse with your coach, you WILL see results and you WILL be satisfied.
